- 250 ml almond milk
- 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix choc-mint flavour
- 1/2 banana frozen
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 4 dates pitted
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 6 ice cubes

- Place all ingredients into a blender and mix on high speed for 2-3 minutes.
