I am 26 and I have struggled with my weight for many years. I managed to get my weight down to 64kgs for my wedding day but slowly gained weight back after that
I put on 16kgs through pregnancy then lost around 8-9kgs in the 16 weeks after the birth. I was really just plodding along living life and eating cake 🙂
