Almonds (we are using almond milk and almond meal) are nutritionally dense and the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition states that almonds are one of the most heart-healthy foods around. They also help you lose weight and can lower cholesterol.
- 2 x Vanilla or Strawberry Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- 1 x tbsp Almond Meal
- 250ml Almond Milk
- 3/4 cup of raspberries and strawberries
- 5 x ice cubes
Blend for 2-3 mins and enjoy
