Hannah, 25, was reported missing two days ago after she was last seen dropping one of her children off at a Gladstone school at 9am on Monday.
The mum’s body was discovered near Catfish Creek and her family have been notified, reports the Gladstone Observer.
Officers found Hannah’s four-wheel drive on Tuesday afternoon near Mount Alma, which is around 30km from her hometown of Calliope.
An extensive search around the area was conducted for her, with a dog squad deployed and helicopters circulating around the area.

According to the Queensland Police service, Hannah’s family and the police were “concerned” for her safety as she has a medical condition.
Police say there are no suspicious circumstances.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
