We love healthy smoothies. And below is a really delicious recipe for a very berry smoothie that is perfect for putting a spring into your step and it tastes delicious!

Very Berry Smoothie
- 2 x tbsp of Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix – you can use vanilla or strawberry flavour
- 1/2 cup of mixed berries – we used strawberries and raspberries
- 250 ml of low-fat milk of choice
- 4 ice cubes
Blend for 2-3 minutes to ensure all ingredients blend well together
