Passionfruit is also one of the highest fibre fruits you can eat too – so a great added extra into the smoothie to keep your digestion in great working order
- 2 x tbsp Healthy Mummy Vanilla Smoothie Mix
- 1/4 cup of mango (frozen or fresh)
- Pulp of 1 x passion fruit
- 250ml of low fat milk
Blend for 2 – 3 minutes
