- 250 ml coconut water
- Spoonful of coconut cream
- Coffee shot
- 3 dates soaked in coffee shot to soften
- 2 tsp Maca powder
- 1 serve chocolate Healthy Mummy smoothie mix
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 banana
- A few scoops of ice
Ingredients

- Place all ingredients into your blender
- Blend on high for 2-3 mins
- Top with extras if you wish
- Enjoy!
