  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix choc-mint flavour
  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 5 cherries frozen
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp whole oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 dates pitted
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 6 cubes ice

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and mix on high speed for 2-3 minutes.
