  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp brewers yeast
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 3 tbsp crunchy natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp brewers yeast
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 3 tbsp crunchy natural peanut butter

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Chocolate Peanut Lactation Bliss Balls
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Roll into small balls, approximately 1 teaspoon in size.
  3. Store in an airtight container when not enjoying.
