Madonna is expanding her brood and adopting twin girls from Malawi.
The country’s High Court made the ruling yesterday, with Malawian judiciary spokesman Mlenga Mvula saying the Queen of Pop was present at the hearing.
Two new additions
“I can confirm that Madonna has been granted an adoption order for two children,” he told Agency France-Presse news agency.
“At the time we were granting her the permission she was in the courtroom with her lawyers.”
According to Mlenga, the 58-year-old singer “exuded happiness” and “she smiled while she was making her way out of the courtroom, and then she drove away” with her new daughters.
The girls, named Esther and Stella, have lived together at an orphanage in the African country for two years.

“Their mother died a week after she delivered the babies [in August 2012],”adds Mlenga.
“After their mother died, the children were looked after by their grandmother, who could not fully provide for them, so they were taken into an orphanage.”
Mum Of Six
This comes after the Rebel Heart singer denied reports she was going to adopt more children.
Madonna has previously adopted two children from Malawi, her son David Bana, 11, and daughter Mercy James, 11.
She is also mum to Lourdes Leon, 20, and Rocco Ritchie, 16, from previous relationships.
