According to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) the train has loose screws on the roof of the toy, which could pose a potential choking hazard to young children if they were to pick them up and put them into their mouth.

“The products do not comply with the mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age (Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2003, as amended by the regulation),” says the AACC.

These trains have been sold in Kmart stores from 16 January 2017 to 10 April 2017.

The product’s key code is: 4212144, for more info on the train, click here.
