5 easy ways to prepare yourself to lose weight in 2018!
1. Clear out your fridge
Before starting any plan check your fridge and freezer to see what you have in the way of frozen meals you could eat during the week, meats you haven’t cooked, leftover veggies. Then plan these into your meal plan for the week.
2. Customise your meal plan for the week
If you are using the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge App – go through your favourites list to see if there are any meals you would like to cook that week. If you are excited for a meal – you are more likely to eat it and stick to your healthy eating plan.
Then check out the suggested weekly meal plan on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge App.
Customise your weekly meal plan accordingly to suit your desires, budget and leftovers.
3. Repeat meals and snacks
Use the search function to look through all the recipes on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge, but use filters and keywords to cut down the list. Repeat meals and snacks to save both time and money.
4. Make enough for leftovers
I always change the serves to 6 if the App lets me that way hubby and/or I have leftovers (or I put it in the freezer for those lazy days).
5. Keep it simple
Keep it simple and to your tastes. Try new things but maybe not everyday.
